Remember all our bacon is dry cured and we lose over 25% moisture of the original pork weight because of this traditional process. This means you get real taste and flavour. We even traditionally smoke all our bacon in our own smoker – losing another 5-10%. The result is our bacon tasting like it used to, proper!
